Battles
- Battles, level-ups, TMs and Daisy's grooming now change friendship, so Crobat, Blissey, Espeon, Umbreon and others can evolve.
- A Soothe Bell, a Luxury Ball and the place you caught a Pokemon all help its friendship grow faster.
- Move tutors in Hoenn and Kanto now teach their move. Pick the Pokemon from your party; each tutor still teaches once.
Interface
- You can breed two Pokemon at the Day Care on Route 117. The Egg goes to your party and hatches in an incubator on the menu bar.
- You name the Pokemon when it hatches. The Daycare Man outside gives you your first incubator.
- A cave opens under the Cycling Road, with a trainer who tags along and a rare dragon on the lower floor. Extract your Platinum cart again.
- Walking with your Pokemon now raises their friendship, and Daisy grooms again once you have walked 500 steps.
Fixes
- People and Pokemon you meet stand and walk the way they are meant to again when you come back, instead of keeping a scene's pose.
- On a Permadeath run, a Pokemon that faints to poison while walking is now sent to the PC for good, the same as a battle faint.
- Poison picked up in a battle now hurts on the steps right after it, instead of only after a short delay.
- A faint to poison while walking now waits for a trainer walking up to you, or a scene, to finish before it plays.
- The Sootopolis Gym's ice stairs open again when you play online, and cracked floors let you fall through as they should.
- Scenes that start when you step on a spot, like the Pallet Town sign lady and the Seafoam Islands current, play again online.
- The Lavaridge egg is a real Egg now; if you accepted it before and got nothing, the woman offers it again.
Known issues
- Wayward Cave's first floor is fully lit for now, so you do not need Flash to find your way through it.
